It seems this weekend hasn’t quite gone the way that you had hoped. After meeting some great new people, you may have lost a little bit of that fire and drive. Fun was certainly had and enjoyed, but you failed to stick to the plan. While your diet wasn’t too far out there, you could have done better (Frozen yogurt with chocolate and gummy bears… KHAN!!!!). You will do better! To recommit yourself, complete 30 minutes of exercise today AND stick to your diet.
