Back to the biggest loser

Started up my Biggest Loser video game tonight and did a 30 minute workout. For the most part, it was dandy. The last part had me doing plank switches, dolphin planks, tricep push-ups, and sprint starts back to back. These are some of my least favorite exercises, but I got them done.

Video game workouts are hard with a puppy at your feet thought the session!

250 calories. Boom.
