Since I’m out of diet shakes, this means solid food for lunch. Headed to subway and was thinking about a sub meal until I saw the calories. Decided to get a salad instead. 190 calories with dressing.
Did a check on calories for those mini Reese’s cups. 40 calories a pop. If I had five of those, I would have had more than my salad. Staying away from the candy dish. I used to eat those things by the bag! No more!
