Reward change?

So, I’ve been thinking, as I’m nearing my 210 goal sub goal, I’m thinking of changing the reward.

Originally, it was going to be an upgrade to a 40lb weight to use in my workouts. As finances are limited, I wanted to get the most bang for the buck. So, instead…I was thinking of switching it out for Insanity. It’s 3 times more expensive, but if it works, it’d be amazing.

What do you all think?

  1. I would say, consider which item you think you will use the most and likely reap the most benefits from. Are you in need of guidance and a new workout routine? Or, do you enjoy lifting weights and having the new equipment would improve your motivation to workout?

I also wanted to note that my friend found the Insanity DVDs on Ebay for $60 – you may not have to exorbitant prices if you look around online a bit.

Congrats on almost reaching your sub goal!!!

  2. I would lean towards Insanity more than the weights. Personally, I think you would see more results and overall it would make you feel better and help you stay healthy and on track.

As always good luck and I wish you the best!

That’s where I’m leaning too. It’s decided. Once I reach 210, the order will be placed. Any day now..

      • Sounds good. I know you have been focusing on your weight right now. Is building muscle the next phase?

It’ll be the next phase yes. Hoping this program will do a bit of both
