Blah! No change from yesterday. Diet was on pointe yesterday. Even did a 250 cal brief workout in the biggest loser. Frustrated, but no where near wanting to give up yet.
With four days off. I’m thinking of fitting in four 5k runs. Should be fun, no? Of course this is all subject to change if Insanity arrives and I am too sore to run. We shall see.
