The day started off well enough. There was a nice crispness in the world. It was like sleeping by a window with it open while it was raining. It just felt nice outside.
Around mid day, I started fading. I attributed this to two things. First, I’m going through withdrawals and my body needs to learn to survive without caffeine. Second would be my diet. I’ve decided to return to my three meals a day routine. My body was used to being fed and I was very quickly reminded of when I first started losing. Stomach grumbles. Cravings. Using will power to resist.
Insanity went well enough, 2.5 more weeks and buckets more sweat to go.
