Well that was special

Decided to make my workout 10 instead of 20 with intervals of one.

Wow, I am sweaty. I didn’t think it would be that taxing. The burpees were the worst! In some ways, it was pretty high impact. The whole bit didn’t take that long, but my heart certainly got to pumpin!

Goal for tomorrow: don’t forget phone and go to the gym!

  2. That’s pretty similar to my favorite “traveling” workout. I do this almost anytime I am traveling because it doesn’t use any equipment and I can benchmark my progress: Burpees, squats, push ups, sit ups. Start with 1 of each, then go to 2, to 3, etc. up to 10, then back down to 9, 8, etc. back down to 1 (so: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1).

    Great job – burpees do suck! And it’s amazing the workout you can get just using your own bodyweight. Keep it up!

    • Feeling kinda good the next morning. May have to do more in the future. I’ll certainly take this with me when I go to my conference next week.

    • Hah! Love it! There really is a market for snarky fitness gear, isn’t there?

      • When I first read that I read “sparkly” and got excited. But yes, snarky is even MORE exciting than sparkly. I own pretty much everything ever made that refers to my “box” or my “snatch” because I like being a walking “that’s what she said” joke. 🙂
